who we are
origin creative is a solo performance creative studio providing ad creative upgrades for wellness brands. you can reach us at hello@origincreativelab.com.
what we collect
- contact form submissions. when you submit the “work with origin creative” form, we collect your email address, instagram handle or website URL, monthly ad spend range, package selection, and any notes you add.
- direct communications. if you email us or DM us on instagram, we retain those messages.
- payment details. we do not store card data. payments are processed by stripe — see stripe’s privacy policy.
- project assets. footage, brand guidelines, and files you share with us for production purposes.
- basic usage data. your browser may share standard technical information (IP address, user agent) when loading this site. we do not run third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
why we collect it

- to keep records required by tax and accounting law
who we share it with
we do not sell, rent, or trade your information. we share data only with the services required to run the business:
- google forms / google drive — form submissions and project delivery
- stripe — payment processing
- email and messaging providers — communication
we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to enforce our terms.
project footage and finished work
we treat all footage and brand material you share with us as confidential. unless you explicitly grant permission, we will not publicly display your finished ads or raw footage. we may reference the engagement privately (e.g. invoices, accounting) and may ask for your written permission to feature the finished work in our portfolio.
how long we keep it
we retain contact submissions and project files for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). you can request earlier deletion at any time.
your rights
you have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
